This blog represents my reflections on the book, "Teaching with Your Mouth Shut" by Donald L. Finkel. I selected this book based on my desire to improve my teaching in order to create long lasting learning opportunities for my students. My students' excitement and intrinsic desire to learn and grow has prompted me to extend my education and, hopefully, become a contributing component of adult education in the future.
This reminds me of gradual release of responsibility.

(where I=teacher, you=students).
Great way to summarize a valid point of view Thanks for sharing.
